Exit

Alpine Equity typically invests in companies for a period of three to eight years.  The time to maturity of the deal and sale of the company is decided together with the management and  shareholders as one team.

The following exit routes exist:

• Trade sale (sale to a strategic partner)
• Buy back (share buy-back by previous shareholders)
• Initial public offering (IPO)
• Secondary transaction (sale to a different financial sponsor)
